Flexible Insulation Tubes

We manufacture flexible tubes made of glass fibre with standard dimensions 0.5 mm up to 20.0 mm (inner diameter).

Our type Wigaflex GL-Si for 4.0 kV complies to warm class C (+250°C) and is impregnated with silicone resin.

The type Wigaflex GL-DD for 4.0 kV complies to warm class F (+155°C) and is impregnated with PUR or acrylic varnish. Our solvent-free (and award winning) impregnation process with acrylic varnish proved enviromental aware processes to be able to be economical as well.

The type Wigaflex SV 13 is for mechanical protection only (no electrical insulation effect) and can withstand an operational temperature of +400°C, special versions even up to +750°C.

Furthermore, we also manufacture flexible tubes made of polyester yarn (resistant to coolants!).
